Where to manage the Mevisio users in your organisation
As an administrator, you have access to the user app within Mevisio. You access it through the button in the upper right corner of the screen when you are on the collection level of Mevisio. The button opens the administrative apps. Choose "Users" to get to the section where you can add, edit and delete users.
You can also access the user app by appending '/users' to your domain address:
https://yourAccountName.mevisio.com/users
New users are added by pressing the "+ ADD USER" button and filling in the popup:
Important: Every Emailadress needs to:
- be unique in the system.
- actually exist in order for the user to be able to log in.
Once a user has been added, you have two possibilities of inviting them to Mevisio:
1. Send them a welcome-email by selecting the user(s) and pressing the 'SEND WELCOME MESSAGE' button.
2. They can get this email themselves by using the following link: https://<<yourAccount>>.mevisio.com/identity/reset-password
